Hurricane Ophelia update
We have inspected the all units and are currently working with the insurance companies and moving rapidly to repair any damage. We plan to have everthing back to normal as soon as possible. Pictures of the damage are available here.

Our inspections have shown the damage to mostly be on the east side and from the wind driven rain that hammered us for many hours. By Friday night all units had been inspected, finding 77 units with some form of water damage, ranging from damp carpet to being completely wet. The windows in four units (530, 228, 315 and 538) were blown out, being the most serious of the damage. The 30 stack sustained water damage from top to bottom, and the upper level sand fence was damaged.

Master Clean has extracted water from the units as necessary. All wet padding has been removed and all units have been treated with an anti-mold/mildew agent. The elevators all are back up and running, as well as all outdoor pools. Gingers Café has been closed for the season. The indoor pool / hot tub is closed for repairs, and will hopefully be reopened this weekend (Sept 23rd).

The Homeowners Association meeting will be held on Saturday, Sept 24th at 11am in Gingers Café. A closed Board Meeting will be held at 9am. The Elvis impersonator, originally scheduled for the 24th, has been cancelled. As a reminder a Social will be held at 6pm on Friday October the 28th, and the Annual meeting will be held at 10am on Saturday, Oct 29th.

Again, we are moving quickly to see that all needs are meet after this major weather system and plan to have everything back to normal as soon as possible! If you have anything you would like to see addressed or have any questions please feel free to give us a call or drop us a line!
